I'm sorry your not coping well with the UI. There is nothing wrong with it as far as I am concerned. Even corp hangers are not hard to manage. Perhaps thats becasue I'm above average? Theirs nothing wrong at CCP's end you just need to try harder. ...

But you can still ship spin! Open your ship fittings window position it in the centre of the screen, make active the ship you'd like to spin and then spin the ship in the ship fitting window to your hearts content!
